Compared to a traditional call center, which typically conducts collections, makes solicitation calls or is sales-oriented in conducting their business, we call ourselves a contact call center. We are customer oriented, responding to each caller’s interest in an opportunity for education. We do not ask for credit card or money payments – instead, we direct our callers to schools or programs they may want to learn more about. Our available employment positions include entry-level positions* working in our call center.

Career Advisor offers full-time shifts.
- Full-time shifts from
11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday,
and 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Friday
